The Consular Corps of Puerto Rico enjoyed a special evening at the renowned Antonio’s restaurant in Condado over the holidays. The annual event highlighted the importance of the Consular Corps of Puerto Rico and celebrated each consul’s successes and their respective countries.
At the event, the consuls and guests enjoyed traditional Puerto Rican delicacies, with wine and cocktails, before a gathering for dinner, accompanied by live music. The festivities also included memorable presentations by Humberto Zacapa, dean of the Consular Corps of Puerto Rico; Manuel Cidre Miranda, then-secretary of Economic Development and Commerce; and Omar J. Marrero Díaz, then-secretary of the Department of State. To cap off the exceptional evening, everyone also had the opportunity to win curated holiday gift baskets.
