Bacardí & Cataño lauded for supporting artisans via annual fair

As part of the activities of the recent edition of La Feria (the Fair) in Cataño, the Artisans Federation of Puerto Rico recognized Bacardí and the Municipality of Cataño for their support of the artisans’ guild, which participated in the event for the second consecutive year.

This year, more than 250 artisans from all categories exhibited their work to the more than 100,000 people who attended the two-day event, exceeding their sales expectations. Likewise, the merchants of the northern coastal municipality’s waterfront declared La Feria a success with its artistic, cultural and gastronomic offerings.

For the second year in a row, Bacardí and Cataño Mayor Julio Alicea Vasallo joined forces to invite all Puerto Ricans to start the holiday season and relive those cultural moments of the emblematic Bacardí Fair. Among the attractions was a Bacardí installation in which participants had a sample of the experience that Casa Bacardí offers throughout the year in its Cataño facilities.
