COR3 announces publication of RFP for support roles

Central Office for Recovery, Reconstruction and Resilience of Puerto Rico (COR3) Executive Director Manuel A. Laboy Rivera on Sunday announced the publication of a request for proposals (RFP) for technical services and advice to the Project Management Office.
“The intention is to contract one or more companies that play a strategic role in supporting the COR3 program areas through strategic planning, coordination, development of tools and the use of the best project management practices required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA),” Laboy Rivera said in a written statement. “The selected companies will also provide support services in the coordination and supervision of recovery projects, providing guidance and structure for the execution of reconstruction, and services for the closure of projects from the point of view of project management.”
The deadline for submitting proposals and participating in the RFP is Friday, Nov. 19 at 3 p.m. The selected company or companies are expected to start offering their services in December.
