Girl, 4, survives crash that kills her father, uncle, grandmother

A four-year-old girl survived a tragic accident that occurred Saturday night in which her father, uncle and grandmother perished.
The accident occurred on Highway 183, kilometer 9.7, intersection with Calle 10 in the Tamarindo sector of San Lorenzo.
As reported by the Puerto Rico Police Bureau, a man identified as Henry X. Serrano, 24, a resident of Massachusetts, was driving a black Hyundai Palisade sport utility vehicle and after running the red light at the intersection, crashed into the left side of a 2000 Toyota Célica.
Traveling in the Celica were José Ramón Ocasio Tirado, 46, Víctor Manuel Ocasio Tirado, 48, and María Tirado Rodríguez, 70, who died instantly from their injuries.
Serrano, driver of the Hyundai SUV, underwent a blood alcohol test and it was negative.
The Caguas Highway and Highway Patrol Division took over the investigation.
