ICF: Remains found in Loíza are those of missing Colombian citizen



The Institute of Forensic Sciences confirmed that skeletal remains found on a farm in Loíza belong to a Colombian citizen reported missing Jan. 26.

A human skeleton found on a farm at the intersection of highways PR-951 and PR-187 in Loíza was identified by personnel from the Institute of Forensic Sciences through comparison of dental x-rays.


According to reports, the remains are those of John Bolaños Gómez, a citizen of Colombian nationality.


Bolaños Gómez was reported missing on Jan. 26, on the grounds of the Mansiones Vista Mar Marina urbanization in Carolina.


According to the police, at around 11:52 a.m. on Friday, a call was received alerting them to the discovery of the skeleton.
