LUMA CEO threatened with arrest in documents dispute

Superior Court Judge Anthony Cuevas Ramos gave LUMA Energy President & CEO Wayne Stensby until 5 p.m. on Tuesday to deliver the documents requested by the House of Representatives or face arrest.

As of press time, no reports had been published of action having been taken by either party.

“In view of the foregoing, LUMA ENERGY LLC and LUMA ENERGY SERVCO LLC, through their President, Mr. Wayne Stensby, are ORDERED to immediately proceed to deliver to the Commission for Economic Development, Planning, Telecommunications, Public-Private Partnerships and Energy all the documents requested in the following requirements: Requirement for the production of documents, from March 15, 2021,” read Cuevas Ramos’ 16-page resolution. “You are advised that you have until today, November 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to comply with this Order. Once said term has elapsed without the Court having complied with and warned of its non-compliance, it will proceed to order the arrest and immediate admission of Mr. Wayne Stensby until he complies with the delivery of all the requirements here ordered.”
