Hi, I read your news about a man in a Kia vehicle was swept away by flood waters. Has the body being positively identified? I am worried here in Malaysia as our son Ben Numpang was on vacation in Puerto Rico. We spoke with him on Sunday 27th April morning 8.30am Malaysia time. Since then we have not been successful in contacting him. Please advise.
Helen, his mom.
