PDP governing board, legislative conference to hold respective meetings

Popular Democratic Party (PDP) President José Luis Dalmau Santiago said Monday that he has called the PDP governing board and the party’s legislative conference to work meetings next week.
The legislative conference will meet next Tuesday, April 26 at 5 p.m., while the governing board will meet on Saturday, April 30 at 3 p.m.
Both meetings will take place at PDP Central Committee headquarters in Puerta de Tierra.
The agenda of the meetings will include legislative matters, the reorganization of the PDP throughout the island and electoral reform, among other topics.
The PDP legislative conference is made up of 38 members -- 26 elected representatives in the House and 12 senators. The party’s governing board is made up of 33 members.
