Police seek public’s assistance in locating missing woman

Agent Rita Rosado Vélez of the Homicide Division of the Arecibo Police Region Criminal Investigation Corps requested citizens’ cooperation on Thursday regarding the disappearance of 23-year-old Abdimillan Rivera Santos, known as Milly, who was reported missing by the social worker the Bella Vista public residential complex in Arecibo, where the young woman resides.


According to the authorities, Rivera Santos was receiving treatment at the Dr. Susoni Metropolitan Hospital in Arecibo on the afternoon of April 29, when she left the hospital and her whereabouts are unknown.


The young woman was described as having a dark complexion, brown eyes, curly black hair, 6 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds and having a tattoo on her left arm.
