Keeping in mind the needs of District of Carolina residents, Sen. Marissa “Marissita” Jiménez Santoni is about to inaugurate her services office in the Municipality of Canóvanas.
“Every day that passes, more people come to us to tell us that, for one reason or another, it is impossible for them to get to our Capitol office in San Juan,” Jiménez Santoni said.
“Many of them do not have the necessary means of transportation to access different services or government agencies, whether municipal or state,” she added. “For this reason, and being steadfast in our commitment to work for all equally, we are about to officially open the doors of our district office in Canóvanas.”
The facilities are located in the public bus terminal in front of City Hall in Canóvanas, the New Progressive Party senator said.
“Our goal is that constituents can access all services and that we are their helping hand in the different agencies of the Puerto Rico government,” Jiménez Santoni emphasized. “In fact, we can help them to expedite … the procedures of the different government agencies, among many other benefits.”
