Rio Blanco Capital celebrated its 10th anniversary with a landmark event in the lobby of Centro Europa. At the exclusive event, more than 200 guests enjoyed a spectacular evening with delicious passed hors d’oeuvres and sparkling champagne - all to commemorate the company’s decade of sustained growth, disciplined execution, and a long-term commitment to Puerto Rico’s economic development.

 RioBlanco Capital projects include the exquisite Le Parc and the luxurious The Icon, currently under construction and scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, developments that have helped redefine the standard of luxury residential housing in the metro area. Also, during the celebration, the firm announced four projects that represent almost $200 million in combined investment, including more than $120 million in Puerto Rico.
