The Automobile Accident Compensation Administration (ACAA by its initials in Spanish) announced Sunday that the Carolina Regional Office will temporarily relocate its operations to a new site while remodeling work on its facilities is completed.
Starting today at noon, all services offered at the Carolina Regional Office will be available at a temporary office within the State Insurance Fund Corp. on highway PR-3 (65th Infantry Avenue) at the intersection with highway 887 in the San Antón neighborhood (Escorial community) of Carolina.
ACAA Executive Director Wanda Ortega Álamo said the temporary relocation is part of the corporation’s efforts to strengthen its infrastructure and provide more modern, accessible and functional spaces for the benefit of the public and employees.
“Our commitment is to continue providing excellent service without interruption while we carry out these improvements,” she said.
The ACAA emphasized that the move will not affect service continuity; citizens can conduct their business as usual at the temporary location during regular operating hours, from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
