Leones defeat Santeros to even BSN Conference B Finals

The Leones of Ponce defeated the Santeros of Aguada 87-80 on Monday night in Game 2 of the National Superior Basketball (BSN by its initials in Spanish) Conference B Finals held at Juan “Pachín” Vicéns Auditorium in Ponce.
With the victory, the Leones tied the best-of-seven series at 1-1.
Ponce took control from the opening minutes with a 7-0 run, capped by Thomas Robinson’s dunk with 8:40 remaining in the first quarter, forcing Santeros head coach Rafael “Pachy” Cruz to call a timeout.
The Leones led 21-16 after the first quarter and never looked back. They extended the gap to 18 points (42-24) with 2:04 left in the second period on an “and-one” play by Robinson. Ponce took a 46-30 lead into halftime and regained control down the stretch after Aguada reduced the lead to six points (64-58) after three quarters.
Jezreel de Jesús led the Leones with 18 points and 11 assists. Robinson also scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while Brady Manek added 15 points, six rebounds and five assists. Christian Negrón chipped in with 10 points and nine rebounds.
Joel Soriano recorded a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds for the Santeros. Iván Gandía scored 18 points, John Holland finished with 16 points, and Rigoberto Mendoza added 14.
Was looking around online yesterday and stumbled upon a site about Norwegian guidelines. Interface looked kind of dated and plain but that is not really a big deal.
