Olivier also earned the distinction of “Best Attacker,” making him the only player to receive two separate honors during the season’s inaugural week, according to the Puerto Rican Volleyball Federation.

The Corozal hitter currently leads the league in scoring with 37 total points -- comprising 32 kills, four blocks and one service ace. Those numbers were accumulated over eight sets, resulting in an average of 4.63 points per set. Olivier also leads the league with 32 kills, highlighted by an outstanding 23-point performance against the defending champion Cafeteros of Yauco.
