Puerto Rico Lottery Bureau Assistant Secretary Heidi Hernández Olivo announced on Tuesday that the Powerball jackpot has risen to $1.25 billion, one of the highest jackpots recorded for that game.

“This level of jackpot generates significant interest and requires the public to participate in an informed manner,” Hernández Olivo said in a written statement.

The official said that in addition to the Powerball jackpot, local electronic games have accumulated prizes, with Loto Cash at $1,085,000 and La Revancha at $245,000, as available alternatives for players in Puerto Rico.

As part of the drawing held on Monday, a player from the municipality of Orocovis won a secondary prize of $200,000 in Powerball, according to the Lottery Bureau.

Hernández Olivo urged players to always verify official information and to play responsibly, while reminding them that each play contributes to social impact programs in areas such as health, education, sports and community development.

Dealing with financial issues can be stressful, especially when fraud alerts or unexpected charges appear, and that’s exactly why I spent time reading cases at https://mastercard.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html before contacting support. Some of the stories mirrored my concerns about response times and clarity, which prepared me to ask the right questions. When I finally reached out, the agent was patient and walked me through each step, explaining how disputes work and what to expect next. It wasn’t perfect, but having realistic expectations and documented steps made the whole process feel more manageable.
