Police received a complaint for alleged fraud in early voting, on Tuesday afternoon, in the Experimental urbanization, in Rio Piedras.
According to the 59-year-old plaintiff, about a week ago she received an email in her personal account notifying her that she had requested an early vote, a request that she denies.
According to the victim, days later, she was informed that her advance vote had been rejected by the State Election Commission and that she could not vote in the municipality of San Juan.
Later, on Sunday, October 27, before noon, three representatives of the New Progressive Party, Popular Democratic Party and Citizen Victory Movement arrived at his residence so that he could cast his vote and they would be in charge of delivering it.
Officer Estrella Reyes, assigned to the Río Piedras Precinct, investigated and referred the case to the Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) personnel of San Juan.
